  • GRAM KOTA 2017

    The Government is committed to develop agriculture and allied ecosystem to increase farm income in Kota. In addition to this and after the grand success of GRAM Jaipur 2016 held in Jaipur in November 2016, Government of Rajasthan along with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) have conceived divisional events starting with Global Rajasthan AgriTech Meet KOTA 2017, being held from May 24th –26th, 2017 at RAC Ground, Shivpuri,  KOTA, Rajasthan, India, which will be an International exhibition & conference focusing on innovations and best practices in Agriculture and allied sectors and to make agriculture more remunerative for the farmers.  

    Kota is one of the major agriculture production and trading hubs of Rajasthan. Recognizing the enormous potential of Kota in terms of availability of water, production of oilseeds, spices, medicinal crops, citrus and that the same can deliver rich dividends to farmers through value addition, Government of Rajasthan looks forward to replicate GRAM’s accomplishment in Kota, Rajasthan. Focused Sectors of Gram 2017 will be Agri Inputs & Protected Cultivation, Irrigation, Plasticulture & Precision Farming, Food & Food Processing technologies, Financial Institutions, Farm Machinery, Implements & allied services, Dairy, Post-Harvest technologies-Cold chain & Warehousing, Nodal government agencies & research organizations, Organic Farming, Agri Diversification & retailers, Livestock, Innovation & start up pavilion & many other allied Sectors.

    One of the core objectives of GRAM Kota would be to expose the farmers of the Kota Division to best agricultural practices and define the next qualitative leap in Kota’s agriculture growth story.

    The two pronged objective of GRAM is to expose farming community to technological advancements and global best practices while showcasing opportunities for partnership in agribusiness in the state.     The event will be attended by Academicians, Agri-Thought leaders, Researchers, Agriculture Institutions and Universities, Farmers groups, Dignitaries from Central and State government departments, Progressive Farmers, Agri-business companies – Seeds, Irrigation, Farm Machinery, Food Processing community, Financial Institutions, Students.

    We will be taking GRAM to different districts in Rajasthan after Kota as well. Hence, GRAM UDAIPUR will take place in October 2017 and GRAM JODHPUR will take place in January 2018.

    GLOBAL RAJASTHAN AGRI-TECH MEET  KOTA 2017 would be the most appropriate platform for you to showcase your strengths to potential customers.
